Custom Orders and Submitted Materials

Please submit only materials that you own or have permission to use. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
Customer-submitted photographs, names, and personalized designs will not be posted publicly or used in our portfolio, advertising, or promotional materials without permission from the customer or another person legally authorized to provide that permission.
Online Purchases and Payments
Our website and online store are hosted by Squarespace. When you place an order, Squarespace may receive information such as your name, contact information, billing and shipping addresses, product selections, and order details so it can provide website, commerce, and checkout services.
Payments may be processed by Squarespace Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider identified during checkout. Payment providers collect and process payment-card or account information according to their own privacy and security practices.
Ampersand Creations generally receives transaction details such as the customer’s name, contact information, products purchased, transaction amount, and payment status. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
We may provide your name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and necessary order information to postal services, shipping carriers, delivery providers, or other fulfillment services when needed to deliver your order.
For local pickup or delivery, we use your contact and location information only as reasonably necessary to coordinate the exchange.
